Just a reminder to let you know pursuant to the Madera Vista Townhouses, Inc CC&R’s Article XII, declares a copy of your Homeowner’s Insurance with coverage period is due annually. You have 3 ways to provide this to Jim Crowley, one of our Board of Directors.

First option: provide the declaration page from your insurance company

Third option: send an email stating the coverage period of your policy to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. 

Under policy starting in 2019 if the HOA does not receive proof of insurance within 3 months of this notification you will be fined $20 for each month you continue to be delinquent. This fine will be added to your annual HOA dues or will be levied against your home upon selling.
