In accordance with Madera Vista Town Houses Association, Section 7.1 Requirements. Before any owner installs, constructs or erects any improvements on their lot or to any dwelling unit, building fence, wall or other structure on the lot, or makes any exterior addition to, or change or alteration to any improvement on any lot the owner must submit detailed plans and specifications showing the nature, kind, shape, style, height, material color, and location of such improvements to the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) for its approval in writing.
